DondeEsta ™ is a mobile tracking system for family safety. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, dondeEsta™ disclaims all warranties express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, in relation to the service, its use and the results of such use. Without limiting the foregoing, dondeEsta™ specifically disclaims any warranty (a) that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, (b) that defects will be corrected, (c) that the security methods employed will be sufficient, or (d) regarding correctness, accuracy,or reliability. dondeEsta™ will make reasonable commercial efforts to keep its transaction service operational at all hours. However, certain technical difficulties may, from time to time, result in temporary service interruptions. Customer understands and acknowledges that it is normal to have a certain amount of system downtime and further agrees not to hold dondeEsta™ liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions. dondeEsta™ shall have no liability for unauthorised access to, or alteration, theft or destruction of any customer data files or systems or programs through accident, fraudulent means or devices.

Privacy policy

All the personal data provided by you will be stored on a file with the sole purpose of handling your requests for information. COUNTERPOINT S.L., with registered business address at Cases del Sord 1-3, 08870, Sitges(Spain), is responsible for this file and undertakes to respect the confidentiality of information of a personal nature and guarantee your rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, which you are entitled to exercise by sending a written communication to this effect to the attention of the "Organic Data Protection Act Function" to the address given above. When you create a dondeEsta Account, we collect information from you, such as your name, email address, gender, language and any parental control options. In addition, by providing your email address, you may receive operational information needed for the service, sent to you by dondeEsta. You can always opt out from any dondeEsta communication.
