SMS Location
You can know where your relative is just by sending an SMS with three question marks (???).
"I need help" button
Your relatives will alert you if they are in trouble by just pushing a button. They will also have a button to tell you if they are OK.
“I'm at home” notification
Receive an automatic e-mail each time your relatives arrive or leave home (only available in Android).

Does it work in any country?
Yes. dondeEsta™ works everywhere, with any carrier and even when roaming.
In which mobile I need to install the application?
In the mobile that needs to be located. For example, your son´s mobile.

Which mobile phones are compatible?
The person trying to locate somebody can use any kind of device. For example, the father. The person to be located (i.e. the son) needs to use a device appearing in the following list:
Who can locate?
Only those persons that have been AUTHORIZED from the DondeEsta application.
Does the mobile to be located need to have internet access?
It isn't necessary to have internet access but if you have it, dondeEsta™ gives you an adress and a map link. If you haven't any internet access dondeEsta™ provides you only with the map link. Check the internet rates with your mobile carrier.
Does the mobile know when it's being located?
No, the ??? message doesn't reach the mobile inbox, except in Blackberry devices
How much does the SMS cost?
Both the SMS that is sent as well as the one that is received with the localization information are charged at your standard mobile to mobile rates. Please check your current rates with your carrier.
Does the mobile located need GPS?
It works with and without GPS. But if the mobile has GPS the accuracy is better.
What about dondeEsta™ accuracy?

No authorized people appear in the contacts list. Why?
Please make sure you have your contacts saved in the agenda memory not in the SIM one.
Will my battery run down with this service?
No, dondeEsta™ doesn't use battery except when it is being located.
After having sent the SMS I still haven´t received any location notification. Why?
It could be a wrong internet configuration. Please follow the next steps for setting up your internet/3G/GPRS connection properly::
Is DondeEsta™ free?
dondeEsta™ installation is free of charge and includes different features that can be used without limitation, as the "I need help" button. If you want to continue locating your relatives via SMS after the 30 day trial period, you can purchase a Premium license here.

How long the free trial period is and what do I have to do when it’s over?
You have one month free trial. After that period it is not necessary to reinstall the application, you just have to get your license here and will be activated automatically.
Should I reinstall the application if I update to PREMIUM license?
It is not necessary to reinstall the application (this won't affect the license).
Will my mobile receive any notification if I update to PREMIUM license?
No, the mobile doesn't receive any notification because the activation is carried out from the server.
How many licenses do I need?
You need a license for each mobile to locate.
Will I lose the license if I change the mobile?
No, please contact us and we will change the license to your new mobile phone.
